ResponsibilitiesRole Overview:
We are seeking a Used Car Manager to achieve sales targets, consult with customers, and prospect new leads. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling paperwork, building relationships, and collaborating with other departments while ensuring compliance with dealership policies. Strong leadership, communication skills, and effective task prioritization are essential for success.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets within the designated timeframe.Consult customers to identify their specific vehicle preferences and needs.Prospect and reach out to potential customers to generate leads.Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.Complete orders and manage the necessary paperwork for vehicle transactions.Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.Collaborate with other department managers to foster teamwork and ensure smooth operations across the dealership.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures.Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in Used Car Sales Management.Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proven leadership skills with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.A valid driver’s license is required.
