User Acquistion Manager (Programmatic)

 

 

  Overview and Summary:

 

The Paramount+ Central Marketing team is looking for a highly analytical Programmatic Manager who will help lead all aspects of the growth strategy and execution for paid growth channels (Display & Video) of our streaming businesses!

This role sits on the central User-Acquisition Team and will work closely with the Sr Manager of Paid Social and Display as well as local UA+ATL teams across 7+ International markets.

  Responsibilities Include: Drive audience acquisition and growth strategies. Delivering the Growth goals around Subscribers, CPA, LTV, Reach and Frequency, funnel efficiency, Churn and ARPU. Work with International and Regional UA and ATL team around the development of the growth stack and analytics tools. Managing third party agencies to successfully face demands and goals we can’t support with internal employees. Coordinate A/B testing with the International and Local Team. Complete performance and growth activities to reach subscription acquisition. Own and present to leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition, cost per new customer, etc. Implement Test & Learn programs to re-define processes which will allow us to keep improving in the mid and long term. Assist in Leading Programmatic planning and media-buying across all territories, ensure both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-Focus Assist in owning the strategy and performance of programmatic activity with full operational responsibility. Complete strategy to grow user base, including directly program campaigns for multiple platforms/DSPs (e.g., Google, DV360, CM360, AmazonDSP, etc) Responsible for the planning and execution of Google DV360, AmazonDSP, and any new DSP platforms onboarded. Track record of success and growth. Develop, manage, innovate, and lead strategies to grow user acquisition. Leverage and exploit opportunities for new initiatives, products, and subscription services. Implement strategies that build audience and unlock growth. Improve acquisition and campaign efficiencies across channels, partners, and platforms. Develop guidelines and standard processes on campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and creative development applying data acquired in our A/B test programs. Analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions. Develop, monitor, and constantly evaluate return on investment, through the tracking and creation of UA and ATL reports. Basic Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field and 3+ years’ experience with a track record of delivering success as a programmatic trader/specialist or in a similar role. Deep understanding of programmatic landscape, with experience planning and buying self-serve programmatic through DV360, Amazon DSP, and other demand side platforms. Proven experience with direct response and above the line campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards strict critical metric goals. Additional Requirements: Comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data with Excel Pivot tables or Tableau to run campaign analysis and provide high level decision recommendations. Ability to research, strategize, and source 3rd party publisher deals within DSPs and experience setting up PG, PMP, and Preferred deals. Comfortable with Ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and trafficking multiple media tags through a variety of publishers. Deep understanding of creative tag development with a clear POV on tracking, attribution, ad fraud, cookie windows, etc. Excited by working in a faced-paced growth environment with excellent troubleshooting, resolution management, and QA skills – strong attention to detail. Experience also in media and subscription would be a plus. Ability to collaborate with different areas involved in the growth initiatives (Product, Marketing, BI, creative, content). Ability to coordinate with international teams across different time zones. Ability to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery. Understanding of overall cross-platform attribution. Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing automation tools. Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledge in TV/streaming business. International market experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - 93,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
