Raytheon Field Engineering (FE) is seeking a User Applications Liaison II for Technical Support Services for the F-15 Lean Depot Management System (LDMS) at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

The candidate will work at the customer site and be the primary POC for the Lean Depot Management System (LDMS).  LDMS is a sophisticated Manufacturing, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) system that touches most aspects of USAF depot operations starting with the Request for Quote (RFQ) and ending with a sold manufactured or repaired asset.  LDMS automates much of the manufacturing and repair process with a focus on reducing data entry while providing meaningful management and engineering metrics.

What You Will Do

Provides level one technical support. Investigates end-user problem reports and submits software bug reports or enhancement requests as required. Functions as LDMS system administrator. Inputs and maintains LDMS system tables. Investigates and validates part data.Research and inputs illustrated parts breakdown data. Reviews and attempts to resolve part ordering problems which may require interfacing with DLA, planning and/or scheduling personnel.Updates the LDMS database as needed when a problem is resolved. Reviews maintenance data entries to ensure shop personnel are entering data correctly. Performs end-user training as required. Training may consist of one-on-one instruction or class instruction as specified by the customer. Assists in the generation of reports.Minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience. Experience in lieu of education can be substituted.Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Experience supporting a Depot Management System.Experience as an IT Specialist.Experience with Illustrated Parts Breakdown Technical Orders.

Qualifications We Prefer

Current/active U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.CompTIA Security+ or A+ Certification.Experience with Air Force Illustrated Parts Breakdown Technical Orders.Experience working in a USAF depot repair facility.Experience working with AMXG, CMXG, EMXG workshops.Ability to quickly learn new software applications.Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to interface directly with the customer and provide basic technical support.Team oriented worker, self-starter. Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks at one time.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
