What you'll do

 

As a User Assistance Developer for S/4HANA Cloud Foundation, you will be responsible for the delivery of documentation and learning content for a given product. Each UAD in S/4HANA Cloud Foundation unit works pro-actively and very closely with the developers by being part of our virtual UA team across different locations. You’ll receive training related to your tasks that are relevant for your job. This involves planning, researching, and writing according to the SAP documentation standard, SAP or product-specific Standards and Guidelines.

 

Defines and maintains terminology and glossary in own domain for documentation and UI texts. Plan and write documentation in line with SAP or product-specific Standards and Guidelines. Work in close cooperation with other project members (for example, from development, product management) to describe the application, installation, and configuration of SAP software. Ensure quality in all deliverables by proofreading and editing content for linguistic correctness, readability, usability and correct terminology. Create UA deliverables (text and multimedia) in close collaboration with developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to enable users to implement, manage, and use SAP software Drive UA tasks related to Artificial Intelligence and automation Focus on customer satisfaction and excellent user experience

The S/4HANA Foundation team ensures consistency and SaaS readiness of the S/4HANA solution in close collaboration with S/4HANA application teams, S/4HANA Arch and Technology. We are responsible for quality deliverable of knowledge material to customers and internals for the BTP based Reuse services delivered out of our unit.
