The UX Engineering family is expanding! We are opening a brand-new team in Brno!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated User Assistance Developer/Technical Writer with interest in User Experience topics and related technologies to join the SAP UX Engineering team.

The new product home page for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori elements, SAP Fiori tools, and the integration of our ERP cloud with Microsoft Teams are just a few of our innovative and modern products that we deliver to thousands of customers who are using SAP S/4HANA, public and private edition. Being part of the UX Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:

The Role:

As a User Assistance Developer/Technical Writer, you will be supporting the creation of intuitive and user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and help content for our applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our end users have access to clear and comprehensive guidance to maximize their experience with our software.

You will be collaborating with our cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand the functionality and features of our applications. Design and develop user assistance content, including user guides, tutorials, and help documentation, to support end users in effectively using our software. Ensuring that user assistance content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest software updates and enhancements.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. In addition, you have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a global and cross-functional team. Knowledge of SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori elements and SAPUI5 are beneficial. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in User assistance.
