Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a User Experience Designer. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: * Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points * Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach * Analyze data and insights to validate assumptions and identify areas for improvement in the user experience UX Design & Prototyping: * Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with business objectives and meet user needs * Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and accessibility * Collaborate with UI designers to ensure the user experience and visual design work harmoniously Usability Testing & Iteration: * Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement * Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs and deliver a polished, functional product * Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data-driven insights Collaboration & Communication: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure cohesive project alignment * Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and advocating for best practices in UX Design Documentation & Standards: * Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure design consistency across all platforms * Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and tools in UX/UI to continuously improve design solutions
