User Experience Designer II

Summary: Seeking a User Experience Designer II to lead UX design projects, focusing on user interaction task flows, wireframes, and prototypes for highly automated systems.

Requirements:

4+ years in UX design project planning and execution 4+ years in visual interface design for web and mobile Experience with user-centered design principles for complex interfaces Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, software development) Proficient in communicating research methodology and design concepts

Preferred Skills:

Visual interface design experience for in-vehicle displays Strong portfolio of UI visual design and task flows Experience in product discovery, design research, and concept validation Expertise in UX metrics and user-centered design process

Responsibilities:

Develop user interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes Make strategic UX decisions for features and system requirements Plan UX interaction design and validation activities Collaborate with designers on solution concepts from user requirements Work closely with engineering to ensure feature implementation Mentor less-experienced UX Designers

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
