Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Experience Designer (Mid-Senior) in Washington, DC. Key Tasks: * User Experience Designer will be leading the end-to-end design process and working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, technology team, and researchers to ship impactful products that meet user needs and business goals * Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and strategy * Adhere to and contribute to the company's design system, ensuring consistency and alignment across all digital products and design work * Take multiple design perspectives into account and unify them to ensure a consistent user experience across different products while aligning with the company's overall brand * Optimize designs based on data insights, including user research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B testing * Present design to stakeholders, articulating the value of design decisions and goals * Facilitate and/or participate in design sprints, workshops, and critiques to collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously refine design solutions * As a User Experience Designer, you will actively solicit feedback from peers and cross-functional stakeholders through the product design lifecycle * Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508) are met * Efficiently organizing, managing, and adapting to changing priorities
