User Experience Program Analyst

To address the growing demands within the Department of Defense, SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Program Analyst to support the User Experience side of our Digital and AI Team as we embark on a large initiative to lead the design and operate integrated Enterprise IT solutions that deliver AI-enabled capabilities and enable data-driven decision making to missions across the Department, Services, and Combatant Commands. The Ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement across all service areas. Core Responsibilities  + Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. + Coordinate and support routine engagements with customers and users to maintain positive relationships with end users and ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain a database of the history of engagements for each Customer and User, and a list of all their issues, concerns, and future needs. + Support and manage the Customer Use Case Intake process, schedule and process Intake requests, and generate Intake Agreements. + Assesses issues and supports resolution development to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. + Support project activities/tasks in coordination with project managers, line managers, and clients. + Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. + Security+ Certification. + US citizenship and TS/SCI security clearance is required. + Agile/Scrum Project Experience in a DoD environment.
