User Experience Excellence & Design Ops Lead for Cloud ERP

You will be reporting to the Head of User Experience Application Design for Cloud ERP.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll lead and manage operational aspects of the application design team, ensuring our team has the support, tools, and processes they need to thrive.  Acting as an operational hub to enable the team to consistently meet business objectives, you will be involved with everything from closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Program / Project Management: Lead and manage UX programs and projects of different sizes and scopes, ensuring effective planning, communication, and execution across initiatives across Cloud ERP. You identify and manage opportunities and risks of ongoing projects. Change management / Process development: Create and refine processes to improve team efficiency, facilitate collaboration, and streamline day-to-day operations together with experts inside and outside of our unit. Based on your structured approach to driving projects remove upcoming roadblocks, you enable our design and research specialists to deliver at their best Resource management: Utilize data to make informed decisions on resource allocation, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve team efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across UX, Product Management, Engineering, etc. to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables to overcome obstacles for delivering a great user experience to our customers. Rituals, meeting, and workshops: Plan and facilitate department meetings, rituals, and workshops, keeping teams informed, aligned, and motivated. Based on your hands-on experience as designer or researcher you have deep understanding of the teams’ needs

What you bring

5+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry preferably in User Experience Design, ideally experience in Design-, Research- or Product Ops Operational excellence: Proven track record in building programs, optimizing processes, budget management, and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills: Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex information for diverse audiences. Design knowledge:  Strong understanding of design processes, workflows, and the work that designers do from ideation to final delivery Fluent or near-native English language skills
