Description We are inviting applications for the role of Product Designer in the tech space. This role offers a fully remote, 3-month contract employment opportunity and will require you to utilize your UX design skills to enhance our digital platforms and improve user experience. Responsibilities: + Design and Redesign: Work on designing new features and redesigning existing ones to enhance the user experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify and implement the best design solutions. + Process Improvement: Actively recommend and implement design improvements. For example, suggest ways to streamline user interactions, such as reducing the number of clicks required in a process. + Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers. You should be comfortable navigating a large enterprise environment and excel in communicating and collaborating effectively across teams. + Iterative Design Approach: Work in an iterative environment rather than a strict waterfall process. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers, participating in numerous meetings to align on project goals and progress. Requirements Qualifications: + Strong experience with Figma and design specifications. + Proven ability to improve user experiences through thoughtful design. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Comfortable working within a large enterprise environment. + Experience working in an iterative design process.
