CACI is looking for a User Experience Lead to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
This person is responsible for:
Overall UX accountability across the entirety of SCITES 2
Identifying technology users’ needs and understand how they interact with the enterprise information environment.
Prioritizing UX by ensuring that current and future capabilities are intuitive, performant, resilient, and contribute to overall mission success
Collecting and extracting data utilizing technical sensors and user feedback to inform operationally relevant and proactive insights to improve the UX. Employ insights to mitigate potential issues.
Providing a proactive and data-driven approach to anticipating and preventing issues before they arise, including incident trending to identify problems, degradations, or outages for immediate escalation or higher-level review
Operationalizing telemetry data in a relevant way to inform leaders at the speed of mission, specifically when degradation of services is actual or anticipated, presenting Courses of Action (COAs) for remediation activities
Recommending optimization steps regularly to increase user benefits, value, and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Current Secret Clearance
7+ years’ experience and knowledge in creating seamless and integrated digital experiences that meet users’ needs and requests.
5+ years’ experience providing an intuitive and adaptive UX
Possess experience with employing data-driven methodologies to create a positive customer-centric experience across an organization
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting DOD customers with CONUS and OCONUS locations

The proposed salary range for this position is:
