Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a User Research and Data Analyst. Responsibilities: * Research Planning and Execution: Design and execute comprehensive research plans; Employ Human Centered Design Research Methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies, to gather qualitative and quantitative data * Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights; Utilize statistical tools and software for data analysis, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of findings * Synthesis and Deliverables: Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts; Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle; Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization * Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in user research and data analysis; Continuously improve research processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
