USER SECURITY/GMT HELP DESK ANALYST (BDOS)

 

Bowhead is seeking an User Security/GMT Help Desk Analyst to support our Department of State contract in Washington, DC. The User Security/GMT Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for establishing, updating and deactivating user accounts, assign and update system roles in accordance with GTM/EX policies and maintain user access request documentation to include the verification of training completion and be responsible for auditing and reporting on user account activity

Responsibilities Maintain Security Access Control list to the following environments: Production (PROD), Copy (CPY), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Assembly Test (ASB), Training (TRN), & Independent Verification & Validation (IVV) environments.Restore Support Staff accounts within the various environments.Create and elaborate Security defects in the Functional Tracker (PCT) tool. Create user access list Script in Copy (CPY).Overseas Personnel Systems (OPS) Access Requests (Maintain and store forms; add, delete & modify).Approving forms within GTM Next. Ticket management: Manage work via ServiceNow and GTM Next ticket tracking systems. Qualifications Bachelros Degree or High School Diploma and three to five years (3-5) experience required Experience working within either the DoS or DoD environment. Minimum of three (3) years of user security experience.Ability to work alongside the Team Lead and Government Project Manager (GPM) to solve complex security-related problems

ServiceNow & GTM Next experience is preferred

Intermediate to advance level of MS Office Suite software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Must have excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
