We are seeking an Upstream Processing (USP) Professional to support our manufacturing team in Lengnau, BE.

This position conducts the production of recombinant products by operating automated production equipment. The position holder supports compliance, scheduling, material management, change controls, investigation, CAPA, operational excellence and the start-up of new production lines as required.

Technical Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the daily execution of manufacturing activities in USP areaActs as first point of contact and reference within manufacturing team regarding training and troubleshootingOwns Work Instructions and SOP in their areaInstigate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives in order to run robustly and smoothlyParticipates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaignsParticipate in New Product Introduction activities

Requirements

3-5 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environmentThe function requires a combination of education and professional experience in pharmaceutical industryWillingness to learnCan-do attitude

Additional requirements:

work on a shift rotation model, this includes regular weekend and public holiday work as well as night workOn-call duties is expected according to respective planning
