USS Regional Enablement Coordinator, NALA

In this role, you will play a key role in transforming our support operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with team members across the organization to identify challenges & opportunities for improvement and ensure global alignment & consistency of our critical processes & procedures. 

Who you are:

You will be a seasoned IT Professional with a passion for service improvement and challenging projects. You're a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a a strong leader, able to coordinate diverse & complex projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, identifying improvement opportunities, juggling multiple projects, and delivering results that exceed expectations.

For this role, you will need:

A good knowledge of Emersons Enterprise IT organization. Experience working in an IT role & a passion for service improvement. Ability to form strong relationships & be able to lead/influence others. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities & challenges. Strong problem solving & decision-making skills. An organized & analytical approach to workload.

Preferred experience/qualifications/attributes that set you a part:

3+ years of experience in a similar role. Good understanding of IT policies, processes & procedures. Project management training. Having worked as part of a large/global team. Multilingual - especially in Spanish, Portuguese.
