Our client, in the Utilities Substation and Distribution industry is seeking a Utilities Design Drafter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and MicroStation and a desire to find a long term career path which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Utilities Design Drafter** **Location: Phoenix, AZ (Downtown Area)** **Pay Range: $22.00-$27.00 Hourly (DOE)** **What’s the Job?** • Assist in the design and drafting of substation layouts and schematics. • Utilize MicoStation and AutoCAD for creating detailed 2D drawings. • Employ Revit and Inventor for 3D modeling of substation components. • Collaborate with Engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient designs. **What’s Needed?** • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with the utilities and design industry. • Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and AutoCAD Electrical. • Strong understanding of design principles and practices. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
