What You’ll Be Doing

Keep all box making equipment stocked with necessary components (ie. K’s, dividers, glue, etc.) Assist box former operator in the operation of box making machinery (ie. Fill machines with necessary components, empty trash, clean etc.) Empty or replace with empty bins all trash and corrugated bins in Liquid Fill and box making areas. Keep all Fill Lines stocked with necessary components for efficient filling operators (ie. bottle caps, buckets, lids, and barrels). Help with Fill Line breaks and lunches as required.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand verbal and written schedules, instructions, requests, etc. in English. Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Must be able to work with others to maintain maximum production levels. Must show good safety skills and judgment. Must exhibit mechanical skill with the ability to recognize machine operational problems. Must be able to communicate with all levels for leadership. Must be able to work overtime, if required.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $ 17.55 - $20.80. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
