**Position Overview** The Utility Clerk is responsible for all or some of the following duties in the retail store: maintaining customer relations, greeting customers, maintaining the working area are clean and organized, arranging displays, offering information, bagging, cleaning/sweeping/mopping floors, and managing the carts. **Job Description** **Description** + To provide customer service by smiling, greeting and thanking all customers. + To respond to customer questions/requests and explain store policies in a courteous manner. + To bag customer purchases quickly insuring that the bags are not overloaded and the merchandise is not damaged. + To clean store floors, check lanes, carts, restrooms, parking lot and cases.
