Due to continued growth, our Power Delivery group is seeking Utility Communication Specialists for Tampa, FL. This will be a field position working in the Greater Tampa Area. These are full time roles, and will pay $23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Contacting each assigned property owner.Building positive relationships with customers.Discussing the project and proposed equipment placement with customers/property owners.Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as plannedAcquiring the property owner’s signature on any necessary easements and acknowledgment forms.Facilitate ongoing communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with client's policies and procedures.Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.Produce timely and detailed service reports.Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. Qualifications Associate's Degree - OR - High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.Familiarity with mobile tools and applications (i.e., iPad).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Physical requirements include walking outdoors with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by the weather.
