In the role of Civil Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Provide project engineering and utility coordination with a focuson transportation projects and public transportation clients throughout the Southern California Region. Anticipated worktasks may include; develop utility basemaps, coordinate with utility owners and agencies, develop relocation strategies,assist in preparation of cost estimates, preparation of engineering plans, specification for utility relocations, and data analytics such as GIS and Power BI. Will workindependently as well as assist groups of medium to large teams of professionals and technicians dependent on project/task. Will be involved in highway and railroad utility design and plans production for utility owners and Municipal clients.Perform other duties as needed

Preferred QualificationsEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate.Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringFamiliaritywith MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience withcivil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or AutodeskInfraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) asrequired
