Job Description

We are seeking talented drafters and designers to learn and master the craft of electrical and/or gas distribution utility projects. This role offers hands-on training to help you become proficient in working independently on various projects. You will use microstation design software to apply electrical and specific standards, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Occasionally, you will conduct field visits to capture project images. Collaboration is key, as you will be working as part of a dedicated team.

This is an in-office role with potential for hybrid flexibility. The work culture is positive and flexible, allowing employees to adjust their hours as long as they log an 8-hour workday. The office has a team-oriented atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for training and development. The environment is supportive, with a family feel and various team outings. Employees appreciate the management style and the freedom to operate in their own way. The office is located in a nice corporate area close to many restaurants. We offer 12 days of PTO and 6 Paid Holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
