Utility DriverTransdev is seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Driver to join our team in supporting local transportation operations. Performs maintenance to include (but not limited to) mopping, removal of trash, use of floor machine
Reports possible safety violations or issues to the safety and training managerResponsible for outfitting fleet with documentation and/or equipment as directed by managementReports any vehicle issues or leaks to the maintenance sitePlaces client fliers or rider alerts on vehicles as requiredDrives, maneuvers, and parks vehicles. May include maneuvering vehicles through the wash bayIn instances of inclement weather, prepares the fixed route lot. Including (but not limited to) operating the snowplow and/or sander, placing ice melt, placing hazard signsResponsible for delivery of any utilities related paperwork between the operations and maintenance sitesReports any maintenance issues to supervisors or management
Other duties as assigned  Qualifications: Education, Licensing, and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, requiredMust possess a valid state driver’s license with a minimum of one year of driving experience and a good driving recordMust have Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger endorsement Experience:1 year or more of janitorial or auto detailing experience preferredMust be 21 years old.  Skills and Knowledge Required:Good oral communication skillsAbility to read and follow written and spoken instructionsAbility to read, comprehend, and abide by Material Safety Data Sheets and all other safety training materials providedAbility to learn shop processes including fueling vehicles and cleaning vehiclesAbility to mix and use a variety of cleaning productsAbility to use a variety of equipment such as buffers, scrubbing machines, and other heavy cleaning equipmentStrong attention to detailsTravel requirement (as a percent):
