Utility Feld Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking 5-10 skilled and experienced Field Technicians to support a project in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data collection from power distribution poles and hands-on experience with Trimble, Fulcrum, IKE, or Katapult. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in the field and ensure accurate and efficient data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and record data from power distribution poles using specialized equipment and software.Utilize Trimble, Fulcrum, IKE, or Katapult for data collection and management.Conduct inspections and assessments of power distribution infrastructure.Ensure data accuracy and integrity during collection and reporting.Collaborate with team members and report findings to project managers.Maintain and troubleshoot field equipment as necessary.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the field.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Field Technician in the utilities sector, specifically in Texas.Proficiency in using Trimble, Fulcrum, IKE, or Katapult.Strong understanding of power distribution systems and infrastructure.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication and reporting skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various field locations within Texas.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in relevant field technologies.Experience with GIS and mapping software.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the utilities industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
