Job Title: Utility Maintenance and Production Technician Summary:Utility Maintenance and Production Technician (PA) will be responsible for the field operation including related utilities support in Rayong site (RY02) report to maintenance supervisor to ensure proper monitoring & maintenance, equipment/system to functioning and availability in terms of safety, quality and reliability. Responsibilities Include: + Responsible for daily operation/inspection in assignment area. + Repair, Verify and Preventive Maintenance of all unit with the target + Ensure safe operation and maintenance by following EHS rule, SRA, MOC and SOP/WI, raising up suggestion for unsafe condition, supervising contractors working in the area and reporting incident or near miss case. + Maintain area cleanliness and good 5S in assignment area. + Workers who are involved in highly hazardous chemicals and PSM related need to be well-trained by a competent person. + Participation in risk/aspect assessment of their respective worksites. + Periodic, documented inspections are required for several systems, including Boiler, Air compressor and air tanks, Nitrogen system, LPG, Generator, Chiller system, Cooling tower, Fire pump system, Substation, all electrical system and report to Manager and work with shift operation to ensure all UT system available. + Ensure process maintenance comply with standard procedure. + Ensure repair task include simple root cause and on time in the acceptable state of repair and report to manager/relate persons. + Work with Maintenance engineer to maintain spares as needed to ensure that equipment is available when required. + Follow production planning and ensure products ship to customers on time with the right quantity and superior quality. + Problem solving and troubleshooting on operations. + Perform SAP transaction and MES to complete the process order after finished production as assigned + Urgent repair as needs but work under EHS rules + Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, ISO 45001 and MPM guideline + Manage waste generated in the process according to the company's standards. Qualifications: The following are required for the role + High Vocational in Electrical, Mechanic or Mechatronic, Instrument. + Computer literacy + Fair command of English communication + Safety consciousness + Works experience for Utility maintenance system at least 2 years. + Background from chemical industry, polymer/plastic, Petrochemical, Oil/Gas is preferred. + Knowledge of Management System, e.g. PSM, ISO9001, ISO140001 and ISO45001 is preferred + Good work discipline and hands-on + Able to work shifts What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
