**Utility Maintenance Technician** **Job Summary:** Ensure proper maintenance and operation of plant utilities, including boilers, chillers, compressors, and production equipment. Provide support and guidance to team members and perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** + Complete preventative maintenance work orders on time. + Repair and maintain utility systems such as boilers, chillers, compressors, and production equipment. + Support and guide team members on shift. + Assist with shift schedules and manage attendance. + Prioritize and address daily tasks and urgent issues. + Maintain parts, tools, and supplies inventory. + Implement and support preventative maintenance programs. + Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. + Attend required training and participate in on-call or weekend shifts. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED. + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (HVAC, boilers, and chillers preferred). + Relevant trade certification or licensure preferred. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office and plant computer systems. + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. + Ability to perform basic electrical, welding, and maintenance tasks. + Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks. **Benefits:** Salary $70-72K Strong benefits package PTO 401K Are you Interested?
