Qualifications A college degree is helpful, as is any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Valid driver’s license.Eight years of dynamically responsible experience in water/wastewater treatment.Georgia Wastewater Operators License certification.Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Strong attention to detail.Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.Proficient digital literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
