Utility Mechanic
**Job Title: Utility Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Utility Mechanic with over 2 years of facilities maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing preventative maintenance and successfully completing work orders. You will perform minor adjustments, repairs, and inspections to equipment and facilities to ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Execute preventative maintenance tasks. + Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. + Perform minor adjustments, repairs, and inspections on equipment and facilities. + Maintain mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems. + Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints for maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience. + Ability to execute preventative maintenance. + Experience with completing work orders. + General maintenance and repair skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Carpentry and electrical skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hospital or commercial maintenance. + Strong customer service skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading healthcare organization known for its commitment to excellence. All locations are within walking distance. The primary shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional openings include a 3-month contract on the same shift and a 2nd shift role from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
