Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift Must be comfortable conducting access control duties   Experience in customer service by phone, email, and addressing counter inquiries in person Experience in responding to customer concerns Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience on conducting equipment audits (plus) Excellent organizational and time management skills Perform other job-related duties as assigned Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Must have the ability to be objective  Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Experience with inventory and stock tracking Position requires the occasional lifting of objects and walking around buildings in the sector
