Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Support production operators with changeovers and setup tasks.Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.Remove scrap and assist with general housekeeping around production lines.Conduct basic inspections and alert supervisors to potential issues.Follow all company safety protocols and operating procedures.Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.Utility Operator – 1st Shift Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED REQUIRED.Previous manufacturing experience a plus.Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8–12 hour shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Willingness to learn and take initiative.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
