Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and general labor tasks. This role involves ensuring the readiness of blenders, loading and moving materials, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean work area.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure readiness of blenders for unloading and dumping, including capping, loading, and scooping pails, covers, and skids.Load and move material and operate packaging equipment.Check proper packaging of materials and finished products.Label pails according to production schedule requirements.Maintain a clean work area, including floors and cappers.Essential SkillsAbility to lift 75lbs.Warehouse experience.General labor experience.Strong measuring skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machine operations.Inventory management skills.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our work environment involves industrial tasks and the use of high-performance cladding systems for commercial and residential construction. The facility features numerous durable textures and colors to meet any architect's vision. More than 1 in every 11 commercial buildings in the United States features our products on the exterior. This role involves physical labor in a warehouse setting, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Warwick, Rhode Island.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
