**Job Title: Utility Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking Utility Operators to work in both Metro and Rural Minnesota, as well as outlying areas. This role involves operating larger vehicles equipped with robotic equipment, requiring a Class B driver's license. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a self-starter mentality, and an enjoyment of working outdoors in Minnesota's four seasons. **Responsibilities** + Operate larger vehicles that contain robotic equipment. + Manage and maintain equipment effectively. + Ensure proper operation of mechanical and computer equipment. + Read and write proficiently to maintain accurate records. + Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Class B driver's license or ability to obtain one. + Pass DOT physical examination. + Mechanically inclined with familiarity in operating computers. + Proficiency in reading and writing. + Ability to communicate clearly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in utility construction, utility locating, and working with manholes (preferred but not required). **Why Work Here?** We offer 2 weeks of vacation, health insurance, dental insurance, a 401k plan, and flexible working hours in the winter.
