Are you an experienced Utility Plant Operator with a knack for maintaining commercial buildings? We're on the hunt for a dynamic professional to ensure our utility plant equipment and systems run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: + Operate and maintain high-temp hot water generators, centrifugal chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment. + Monitor and control our building management system for peak performance. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, and modifications. + Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues. + Record, review, and interpret system readings to identify and implement improvements. What You MUST HAVE: + Active Secret Clearance + 2 years of HVAC trade school or equivalent certification. + High school degree or equivalent. + 5+ years in facilities maintenance. + EPA CFC Universal certification. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with building management and computerized control systems. + Capacity to work from aerial lift platforms and ladders. + Able to lift 30 pounds. An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role .
