THE JOB:

As a Utility Porter at Luxor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment such as rotary machines, extractors, and other floor polishing and carpet cleaning equipment.Shampoo carpets and polish many variations of hard floor surfaces.Contains and cleans biohazardous materials.Responds to and resolves guest challenges in a timely manner. Ensures all equipment is returned to department and all malfunctioning equipment is reported.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Prior Utility Porter experience.  Valid NV driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.Prior experience with shampooing, polishing, and maintenance of various floor surfaces and materials.Has the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

THE STARTING PAY:

$ 20.19 per hour

THE SCHEDULE:

On-call. Must be able to work varied shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
