Description A company in Burbank is currently looking for a Degreed Analyst with experience in forecasting. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis, interpreting data, and then utilizing your analytical skills to forecast business trends and outcomes. You MUST be able to go onsite to Burbank at least twice a week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular business and financial performance reviews. Generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, operations, and other areas of business. Develop and monitor data-driven analytical systems and processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop forecast models. Conduct extensive research and interpret data to create detailed and applicable forecasts. Assess risks and opportunities by analyzing current and past trends. Develop and maintain regular forecast variance analysis and provide ongoing tracking and metrics. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the role or similar. Proven experience in forecasting, analytical role in a business environment. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Proficiency in business intelligence software and data visualization tools. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Well-versed in SQL/Python/ Stata, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
