Job Description Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to execute all required event setups and customer service requests per business demands. This role will also complete all C&W vehicle moves as requested by team members. May be assigned to such activities as moving furniture on an as needed basis. The position will require daily, frequent interaction with Team Members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Pay: $17.50

·Shift: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm)

·Review all event reservations as communicated out by Event Setup Lead/Supervisor.  

·Setup meeting rooms and supplementary spaces as needed exact to specification.

·Follow all proper safety measures during the work process (proper PPE worn, JSA & Take 5s conducted). Must be able to work in a team-oriented, safety conscience environment. Safety expectations include, but are not limited to, compliance with all company and customer safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.

·Audit meeting rooms for cleanliness and defects, report out needs and/or repairs to Event Setup Lead/Supervisor.

·Execute last minute moves, changes, adds as instructed by Event Setup Lead/Supervisor.

·Execute passenger vehicle moves as required (drive, escort, park/placement, battery disconnection).

·Support maintenance and compliance of all event storage areas as a part of 5S.

·Must have flexibility to work overtime and all assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, and serve on an on-call basis, as may be dictated by the needs of the business.

·Effectively communicate in a positive, proactive manner with all team members, customer employees, and vendors; demonstrate a team and teamwork values.

·Participate in the continuous improvement process.

·Meet all physical requirements for this job (physical requirements are listed separately and provided prior to employment).

 

EVENT SETUP LEAD REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

·Education: High School Diploma or approved GED

·Valid state motor vehicle driver's license.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills

·Fluent English Language
