TalentWorld is recruiting a Maintenance Technician in Brampton, Ontario for one of our best clients.  

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Develop and implement scheduled maintenance on industrial batteries and acid clean on MHE battery tray Maintain records related to duties performed and equipment serviced on the SPROCKET CMMS program. Safely operate/clean/maintain the semi-automatic battery wash bay Ensures that waste and byproducts from batteries are disposed according to Occupational Health & Safety. Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Perform lock-out, battery installation/removal and chemical clean Identify & recommend additional repairs/services required on batteries/MHE Load baled corrugate to trailer and collect all corrugate throughout DC Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred Previous maintenance experience is an asset Experience with hand tools is a must Must have a valid forklift license Proficient in operating various MHE, including order picker, walkie, reach truck.
Employment Details:
Salary: $21.75/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40hours a week (3PM start)
