Utility Work Order Processor (Hybrid) Minneapolis, MN System One is currently seeking a Utility Work Order Processor (hybrid) on a 10 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN. Work Order Processor Responsibilities: + Responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary actions are completely efficiently. + Work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists as needed. + Reviewing and processing backlog work orders. + Communicate with other coordinators and stakeholders. + Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress. Work Order Processor Requirements: + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel n the Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.) + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed. + Strong communication skills. + Team-oriented and adaptable. + Prior experience in customer service is a plus. + Experince working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required. + Experience with work order management is beneficial. + Relevant work experience is preferred. Duration: 10 months Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Rate: $25-27.50/hr This is a hybrid role which requires Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in the office and Monday and Fridays remote.
