MV Transportation is seeking a Utility/Bus Washer.  Successful candidate will ensure that the fleet is fully prepared for service.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all vehicles are completely washed on the exterior and interior, completing a full detail of at least six buses a day.Ensuring overall facility maintenance in regard to cleanliness such as sweeping and mopping of facility, shops and bathrooms.Under supervision of a mechanic may be asked to assit with minor vehicle maintenace required tasks or roadside service.Ensure proper materials are readily available and stocked for drivers to mop and clean their vehicles.Daily cleaning of bathrooms, including mopping and cleaning of toilets.Assiting in the receiving of auto parts from vendors when other personnel are not available.All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage.All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager, General Manager or Operations Manager.

Talent Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to read, write and speak English.Must be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends. Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 70 pounds.Must pass a DOT Physical and may be required to obtain Class C CDL with passenger endorsement.Must be 21 with good driving record.
