Utility Worker
Job Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. Daily tasks can include, but are not limited to, gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, gathering finished products and ensuring quality, continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process, and monitoring machine operation. You can expect a lot of collaboration as you will be working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals and learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles.

Work Environment

This is a typical manufacturing environment. We are currently hiring machine operator trainees and utility workers to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (M-F) with a differential of $1.40. The 3rd shift runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (M-F) with a differential of $2.00.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53
