**We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team in Oceanside. This position involves working in a cold room environment, so you must bring your own cold gear. Your main duties will include handling products, labeling, picking materials, and conducting quality inspections.** **Shift Options:** + _Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM_ + _Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM_ + _Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM_ + _Workdays: Wednesday - Sunday (Overtime available)_ **Primary Responsibilities:** + Load and unload machines. + Ensure bottles are correctly positioned on the conveyor belt. + Operate the dumper. + Prepare and assemble boxes. + Supply fiber and packaging materials to production lines. + Load caps and maintain packaging operations. + Assist with general labor tasks in the bottling process. + Support shipping, pack-out, receiving, inventory, and related tasks. + Build pallets and lift, move, and stack cases up to 50 lbs. + Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. + Work comfortably in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F (bring coats, hand warmers, etc.). **Work Environment:** + Wet or dry conditions with temperatures as low as 35°F (similar to a Costco cold room). + Wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F. + Occasional tasks in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures up to 85°F and/or exposure to freezer warehouse conditions at –10°F. + Tight work areas with continuous exposure to noisy environments exceeding 85 dBA. **Qualifications:** + Previous general production experience, preferably in packaging, bottling, or related fields. + Ability to operate filling machines. + At least 1 year of production experience. + Capable of lifting 50 lbs (most tasks involve regular lifting of up to 10 lbs). + Must bring your own cold gear to work, as this position is in a cold room environment. + Basic proficiency in English. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
