The Utilization Review (UR) supervisor manages and monitors the utilization review staff and functions throughout the St. Mary’s Healthcare System. Aids in helping to determine policies and procedures that incorporate best practices and ensure effective utilization reviews. The Utilization Review Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, role model, and educator to assigned staff in promoting quality care and integration of services throughout the healthcare continuum. Promotes and secures adherence to state and regulation and licensing requirements.
