Department: 480501 - UHR Temporary Services Location: Raleigh, NC Essential Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to: Professional, top-level assistance in checking in our guests for our International Annual Meeting, manning the registration desk, assist packing/ unpacking boxes of marketing items, placing/organizing name cards and signs, guiding some guests to 3rd-floor meeting rooms, helping with reception set-up, take-down, etc. Other Work/Responsibilities: Breakfast & lunch will be provided the 2nd & 3rd day of the 3-day event. Parking will be provided all 3 days.
