Job Description: As a User Experience Associate, you will work closely with our UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered designs. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related role. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with user research methods and usability testing. Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
