Interns may receive an offer for full-time employment after graduation Content Design at Cvent As part of the UX team at Cvent, content designers bring empathy, delight, and a human-centered approach to UX design. We do more than just look at the words. We advocate for our users by collaborating with product designers, researchers, product managers, and more to craft a product narrative that guides users through our products and gets them the information they need when they need it. In This Role, You Will: Learn how content design fits into the larger UX ecosystem, alongside product design, localization, and research Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline team with the shared goal of meeting our users’ needs Collaborate with remote team members on projects while also working independently on deliverables Learn how to apply design thinking to UX in the context of content design Write conversational microcopy that’s inclusive, accessible, and localized for all audiences Support the maintenance of, and contribute to, our growing set of UX content guidelines Here's What You Need: Full-time college student with plans to graduate in May 2026 (summer between Junior & Senior year) Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Communications, Design, or a related field Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons, VA, in accordance with Cvent’s hybrid work policy, which requires two in-office days each week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Knowledge of content design, UX writing, and UX Passion for technology, and for creating a great user experience Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Interest in growth, learning, and receiving feedback to improve skills Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
