We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about designing user-centric products and has experience in the behavioral health sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences for our behavioral health products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for behavioral health products Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Develop high-fidelity prototypes and detailed UI specifications Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a significant portion of that experience in the behavioral health sector Experience conducting user research and usability testing Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Solid portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Proven solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
