UX Design Manager

You will conduct user research, creates wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that meet client needs. You will ensure seamless user interactions, adhere to client standards, and continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback. You will be responsible for high quality design for key client website properties through your strategic direction, development of cohesive creative concepts, and seamless execution. You will suggest improvements to increase quality of production and ensure that all client standards are met. You will ensure all digital deliverables provide the ideal user experience, thoroughly tested, and are consistent with the client’s design quality and consistency standards. You will bring innovative, thoughtful, tactical, and strategic-level thinking to all client deliverables. You will serve as a strategic and trusted partner to the account management, writing, MarTech and client teams. You will exhibit outstanding creative judgment and achieve the highest possible creative standards for UX design. You must have strong knowledge of the client’s business, style, and consistency standards. **Fundamental Job Components** + Ensure successful execution of all user experience digital creative, ensuring time delivery and adherence to required quality standards. + Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of design objectives and address any concerns or issues that may arise. + Develop user-centered designs, ensuring that the products and services deliver an exceptional user experience. + Promote cross-functional collaboration with other teams such as account management, copywriting, MarTech, operations, and digital teams. + Design systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions. + Assess specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences. + Develop complex UX designs and prototypes, integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions. + Create and enhance the user experience of digital products and services, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. + Utilize specialized UX design knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences. + Assist in the management of digital UX projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters. + Conduct user research, such as surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the client audience. + Implement processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX design. + Collaborate well within the entire communications team and across the organization; promote a “be of service” mentality to the client and across the internal team. + Effectively manage multiple UX projects in a deadline-driven environment. + Ensure all output is in alignment with client principles, values, and standards. + Strike balance of strong creative and technical skills. + Coach others in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. **Required Qualifications** + 5-7 years of UX digital experience (particularly web) with in an external or internal agency. + 5 plus years of health benefits insurance marketing and communication expertise. + Employee benefits knowledge and experience. + A strong portfolio with range of both impactful, imaginative UX design work. + Experience in analyzing deliverable metrics for use in continuous improvement. + Skilled in usability and accessibility best practices + Show continuous improvement in UX design through prior work. + Experience finding common ground with clients when debating creative or strategic opinions. + Strong detail orientation with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with willingness to be flexible and respond to quickly changing priorities. + Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** + Superior knowledge of all web standards and requirements. + Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. After Effects, Premiere, and Edge Animate are a plus. + Solid understanding of presentation-layer code, including HTML(5) and CSS. + Experience in Figma, Adobe WorkFront, Stensul and Sales Force Marketing Cloud a plus + Ability to build motion graphics. + Experience with conceptual design, user interface design, responsive design, and user-centered design. + Experience with retouching photos, re-positioning, and preparing both print and digital designs for final release and posting. + Strong expertise with email marketing platforms. + Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully take digital projects through their full life cycle — from concept to launch. + Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics. + Experience establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color effectively. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, related field, or equivalent work experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
