Position Overview
We help our customers drive transformation and change through the meaningful use of data. For this purpose, we are looking for a UX Designer who can help us build the future of enterprise software and shape the next generation of business process intelligence tools. Join a dynamic team of product experts and committed engineers who frequently pursue fresh innovations with the most user-friendly and modern cloud experience. You will be working in our empowered, agile cross-functional team, which is responsible for the insights engine, process mining algorithms and Gen AI use cases.
 
 
What you will do:

Join a multidisciplinary product team, contributing to the development of the end-to-end User Experience, and ensuring seamless User Flows, continued innovation, and a consistent, cohesive User Experience across our product-suite. Team up with the Product Owners, Engineers and Tech Leads from our product teams to identify, define, align, and implement User Experiences and UX patterns that help us shape and improve our product. Be an evangelist and advocate of product standards and design best practices while helping us to adopt, improve and contribute to the evolution of our product. Ability to drive and align the team around the user experience strategy, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach across our integrated suite of business process products. Maintain a curious mindset, embracing creativity, innovation, and change, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.

 
What you bring:
 

Proven experience in User Experience or Interaction Design. The ability to rapidly understand complex IT systems and technical requirements, utilizing domain expertise to create clear, user-centered designs. Evident skills around User Experience methods, skills, and frameworks like creating Prototypes, forming Information Architecture, and creating UX and UI specifications.  In-depth knowledge of methodology to perform User Experience Research like creating User Journeys, Scenarios, Personas, and Storyboards, as well as validating your concepts. Profound understanding of design systems and their technical frameworks  Dedication to being a good team player with the ability to engage, motivate and give feedback to others. Nice to have:  worked before on process mining, AI, Analytics, or products working with data.

 
About the team: Process Analytics & Mining 
 
The Process Analysis and Mining (PAM) product area was established due to the merger of two other product areas. Our products offer powerful tools to help organizations gain deep insights into their business processes. We use process mining techniques to analyze event logs and data, revealing hidden patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, we provide organizations with real-time visibility into their business processes by leveraging data from various sources, including SAP systems and other enterprise applications, to deliver actionable insights that drive process improvement. 
 
The way we work
We keep things open, agile, and communicative. It is all based on trust, not micromanaging.
Our team members are self-organized within their teams, working on independent projects or closely with Product Leads, Developers and UX designers.
