Skills and Requirements 5+ years of UX Design & Research experience  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud , Figma, or similar  Experience with user research methods and usability testing  Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time  Experience with translating user needs into visual assets  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders  Knowledge of latest trends in usability and ADA regulations Working knowledge of Contact Center Technologies  Knowledge or experience of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
