UX Designer
Job Description Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers  Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes  Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets  Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look  Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders  Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback  Adhering to brand style standards on fonts, colors and images  Ensure designs meet usability standards and ADA compliance We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of UX Design & Research experience  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud , Figma, or similar  Experience with user research methods and usability testing  Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time  Experience with translating user needs into visual assets  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders  Knowledge of latest trends in usability and ADA regulations Working knowledge of Contact Center Technologies  Knowledge or experience of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
