At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 3,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

At Morgan & Morgan, we’re constantly challenging people’s idea of what an injury law firm can be. We are in a unique position as the largest injury firm in the world to continuously deliver a delightful and consistent client experience for people facing the greatest challenge of their lives.

Our team is on a mission to transform how legal services are delivered by leveraging technology and automation. We build products and experiences for Morgan & Morgan’s clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all.

User-centered design is at the forefront of how we create intuitive and innovative products that our users love and depend on each day. We strive to design impactful solutions that are grounded in research, on-brand and repeatedly tested. We simultaneously blend the solving of our users’ needs with hitting our larger company goals.

The UX Designer will be crucial to delivering on the needs of various teams, so a tight process is crucial. You’ll work closely with fellow UX designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
